De Aqui y De Alla

During this time with the pandemic and the issues it brought up for our Latinx community, we had many epiphanies. The burnout of each member in our community was devastating. The lack of Spanish resources made it clear that our Latin community had more barriers and challenges as many of us have been on survival mode even before COVID. We could not let our people drown in despair and lose hope. The statistics of mental health diseases have increased and the awareness finally brought us to the place where we NEED to dismantle the stigma surrounding mental health and overall wellness. The more we can look at the wound, the more we will seek the help we need to heal it.

Awareness is key and the first step. The time is now! This is more than a platform, this is a movement to help our community thrive. Go from generational trauma to generational wealth.
